 Here is what's happening! 


6th grade: They were assigned their first presentation about themselves, so we could get to know each other better. They did SO great! I am very impressed. We have just a few things to work on, but I am very pleased with how they did.

7th grade: They are currently learning about early civilizations in social studies. They are going to start a project on the Mayans, Aztecs, and Incas. 

In religion they are focusing on the Incarnation, Annunciation, and Immaculate Conception.

8th grade: Their main focus this year is civics! I promised them we would take a break from government every now and then to learn about something else in history. 

In religion, they are learning about the Magisterium of our church.

August 28- Spirit Day- Kids can bring headphones and listen to music for $1. 

September 3- Picture Day! 

September 7- No School- Labor Day

September 9- 6th grade Mass! It will be live streamed.

 Hello!   Dates to remember:  March 24th: Spirit Day March 30th: 8th Grade Parents:: Freshman Orientation April 7th: No School: PD/Good Friday  8th grade: They have finished up their unit on the Civil War and the reconstruction era. They are moving through the Progressive Era. We are going to do brief units on the Roaring 20s, WWI, WWII, and The Civil Rights Movement. In religion we have been reviewing topics. They will have a standardized religion test on Monday that the Diocese proctors.  7th grade: They are currently working on creating the Oregon Trail, Santa Fe Trail, or the Mormon Trail. We are reading about the Westward Expansion and that cause and effect of those migrating west. On Tuesday they will learn about the Gold Rush. In religion, they are learning about Epistles and the letters St. Paul wrote to those who were turning their back on God.
